If the travel agency cancels the travel contract due to the minimum number of participants not being met, it must notify the traveler at least 7 days before the start of the trip.
If the sales travel agency cancels the contract without notifying within the deadline of the preceding paragraph due to the number of participants not being met, it must compensate the traveler with the amount of 1 of the following items in addition to the refund of the deposit already paid.
3.1) If notified 7 days (~7) before the start of the trip: Refund of the deposit
3.2) If notified 1 day (6~1) before the start of the trip: Compensation of 30% of the travel fee
3.3) If notified on the day of the start of the trip: Compensation of 50% of the travel fee
Golf Course Travel Product Reservation and Cancellation Regulations
Please be informed that the standard terms and conditions for overseas travel are applied first for reservations and cancellations of this travel product,
and the reservation and cancellation regulations are provided separately as follows.
1. Reservation and deposit regulations
1.1) This travel product is a member company's product, so please contact the sales travel agency after making a reservation for information on the reservation deposit and payment.
1.2) The above reservation and deposit may be changed according to the sales company's circumstances, and the customer's payment deadline may be brought forward depending on the situation.
(However, customers who made a reservation during the cancellation fee regulation period specified below must pay the cancellation fee amount as a deposit if the cancellation fee is higher than the deposit.)
2. Cancellation fee regulations
In case of cancellation of the trip, a cancellation fee will be charged at the following rate according to Article 15 of the Standard Terms and Conditions for Overseas Travel and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Regulations. (However, the same regulations apply in case of cancellation of travel due to the fault of the seller.)
2.1) If notified 30 days (~30 days) before the start of travel: --- Refund of deposit
2.2) If notified 20 days (29th~20th) before the start of travel: --- Compensation of 10% of the total product price
2.3) If notified 10 days (19th~10th) before the start of travel: --- Compensation of 15% of the total product price
2.4) If notified 8 days (9th~8th) before the start of travel: --- Compensation of 20% of the total product price
2.5) If notified 1 day (7th~1st) before the start of travel: --- Compensation of 30% of the total product price
2.6) If notified on the day of travel: --- Compensation of 50% of the total product price
3. Contract cancellation regulations when the minimum number of participants is not met
The sales travel agency may cancel the contract if the minimum number of participants is not met. If the travel contract is canceled due to insufficient number of participants, the traveler must be notified at least 7 days prior to the start of the trip.
If the sales travel agency cancels the contract without notifying within the deadline of the preceding paragraph due to insufficient number of participants, in addition to the refund of the deposit already paid, the traveler must be compensated the amount of 1 of the following items.

2. The above visa application and deposit may be changed depending on the agency's circumstances, and the customer's payment deadline may be brought forward depending on the situation. (However, customers who made a reservation during the cancellation fee application period must pay the cancellation fee amount as the deposit if the cancellation fee is higher than the deposit.)
